- Browse dockage and marina availability
- Submit and view marina listings
- List boats, slips, and related offerings
- Connect with marine service providers
Slipslist does not own, operate, broker, or manage marinas, vessels, or services listed on the platform.
No Brokerage or Transaction Role
Slipslist is not a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction.
We:
- Do not facilitate payments
- Do not guarantee availability
- Do not verify pricing or listing accuracy
- Are not responsible for agreements between users
Any interaction, agreement, or transaction is strictly between the parties involved.
User-Submitted Content
Users may submit listings, descriptions, images, and other content.
By submitting content, you:
- Represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Grant Slipslist a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute the content
- Acknowledge that content may be publicly visible
We reserve the right to:
- Edit, remove, or refuse any content
- Reorganize listings across the platform
- Remove inaccurate, misleading, or low-quality submissions
Listing Accuracy Disclaimer
Slipslist does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.
This includes:
- Marina details
- Dockage availability
- Vessel information
- Service provider qualifications
Users are responsible for verifying all information independently before making decisions.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate a business or individual
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempt to interfere with platform functionality or security
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
Third-Party Interactions
Slipslist is not responsible for:
- Communications between users
- Service provider performance
- Marina conditions or availability
- Financial or contractual disputes
Any engagement with third parties is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Slipslist shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
- Errors or omissions in listings
- Outcomes of user interactions or transactions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of listings
- Platform availability or uptime
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Intellectual Property
All platform content, excluding user-submitted listings, is owned by Slipslist.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to:

- Remove listings or accounts without notice
